The chef selects his products from a maximum of local producers.
The meats are all of French origin, the fish come from the best French auctions. The duck and foie gras are local (the excellent Maison Pélegris)
We welcome you every evening from 7.15 pm
The restaurant is also open on Sundays for lunch
